Jeremy Y. Ng, MSc, PhD is a healthcare researcher, academic publisher and editor, consultant, author, and amateur photographer. He has published 60+ peer-reviewed articles, and holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Health Research Methodology from the Faculty of Health Sciences, McMaster University, a Master of Pharmaceutical Sciences (MSc) from the Graduate Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Leslie Dan Faculty of Pharmacy at the University of Toronto, and an Honours Bachelor of Biology (HBSc) from the Faculty of Science, McMaster University. His research has been featured in a number of prominent media outlets including Discover Magazine, PsychCentral, and the CBC.

• The Centre for Journalology team conducts research and provides outreach and support on topics related to publication science. The centre’s missions include: 1) providing support to researchers and personnel at The Ottawa Hospital, 2) keeping up to date on changes in scientific publishing, and 3) developing resources and tools to ensure clear and transparent reporting. Journal Manager and Founding Publisher, NHP Publications
• Established in 2018, NHP Publications is an innovative, scholarly publisher of the Journal of Natural Health Product Research (JNHPR), the first journal to focus on publishing on the rapidly growing topic of natural health product (NHP) research regardless of academic discipline or methodology. As an open access, peer-reviewed, scholarly Canadian journal, the JNHPR also serves as a central publication to connect NHP researchers internationally. Editor-in-Chief and Founding Publisher, Undergraduate Research in Natural and Clinical Science and Technology (URNCST) Journal
• The URNCST Journal was launched in 2017, and is the leading publisher for undergraduate research conferences spanning broad and multidisciplinary fields. The journal was established to provide undergraduate conference planning committees with a meaningful way to establish their legacy as well as provide undergraduate students attending these conferences with the opportunity to see their abstract (and forthcoming papers) formally peer-reviewed and published. • The NHPRS is a federally incorporated non-profit organization founded in 2003 by a collaboration of academic, industry, and government researchers from across Canada. The NHPRS’ mission is to promote scientifically rigorous research and education on natural health products (NHPs), develop a national multi-sector research community, and support national research priorities that enable the informed and appropriate use of NHPs. • INCAM is a collaborative and interdisciplinary research community in Canada generating knowledge through research about traditional, complementary, alternative, and integrative forms of medicine (TCAIM), whole person healing and whole systems healthcare to enhance the health of Canadians. This may include development and dissemination of new knowledge regarding therapeutic and lifestyle or mindbody approaches to health as well as medical systems and biological, manipulative and body-based methods and therapies.
